Beaver Lake Wilderness Club is a privately-owned lake community. As such, all laws governing private property apply to Beaver Lake and properties within the subdivision. Lake access is limited to deeded residents, members, and associate members with current dues. All residents, members, and visitors must observe the rules and regulations established by the BLWC. Violators may be lawfully trespassed and/or banned from the property. As a reminder: adherence to Pennsylvania Fish & Boat licensing applies to all waterways, lakes, and rivers in the commonwealth. No gasoline boat propulsion is permitted on the lake. Standing, sitting, and/or walking on the dam structure is prohibited.
